The raffle will award the following prizes to selected winner(s):

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible to enter the raffle, participants must:
- Be a guest of the Greenbrier during the Greenbrier Concours event OR a member of the Greenbrier Sporting Club.
- Provide valid contact information including Name, Address, Email Address, and Phone Number upon entry.
Entry Methods
Entries can be submitted as follows:
- Locate and scan the provided QR code to access the raffle landing page.
- Complete the entry form with your Name, Address, Email Address, and Phone Number.
Entry Deadline
All entries must be submitted by 2pm EST on Sunday, May 5th, 2024. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be eligible.
Winner Selection and Notification
- One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received before the deadline.
- The selected winner will be notified via email. Please ensure your provided contact information is accurate.
- The prize will be shipped to a valid residential address within the United States as provided by the winner.
Legal and Compliance
- Prizes are subject to change due to availability and/or sizing. In the event the advertised prizes are not available, Bentley Washington D.C. will make the best effort to award a prize of equal value.
- This raffle is void where prohibited by law.
- By entering the raffle, participants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of the organizers, which are final and binding in all respects.
