Bentley Experiences Text & Call Program Terms

1. Program description & consent

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our sign-up form, you agree to receive recurring marketing and informational calls and text messages from Bentley Motors, Inc., Bentley Experiences, and their authorized retailers and partners about events, product information, and offers. These may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system and prerecorded, artificial, or AI-generated voice or text. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details on your plan.
 

4. How to opt out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any text message, or use any other reasonable method that clearly indicates you wish to stop, such as replying QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or REVOKE, or contacting us at Privacy@BentleyExperiences.com. After you opt out, we may send one message confirming your request. We will honor opt-out requests within 10 business days. Opting out of texts also stops autodialed and prerecorded marketing calls.

6. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and the account holder of, or authorized user of, the mobile number you provide. By enrolling, you confirm you meet these requirements.

You agree to notify us if your mobile number changes or is deactivated, and to not provide a number that is not assigned to you. You are responsible for any charges resulting from your failure to notify us of a number change.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
 

9. Privacy

We do not sell or share the mobile information you provide for text messaging with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes; mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties except as needed to deliver the messaging service.
